ORGANISATION LEADERSHIP

We have in place several organisations that characters can join. These organisations have real characters that lead them. (They may not be true to Forgotten Realms as we have elected in most cases to run with deserving long term characters rather than the ones set out in the campaign). More information on the actual organisations available can be found on the organisations web pages.

We almost never ask for applications for leadership spots, but will rather approach long term roleplayed characters and ask them if they are interested in the position. However, some leadership positions are run by auctioned characters. Again we will only ask trusted players to play these positions.

A leader will in general do recruitment, questing, and run roleplays for the organisation. The leaders remain in close contact with the administrators to make sure that no one places more than one alt character in organisations that have restrictions.
