CORELLON LARETHIAN
Corellon is also known as The Creator of The Elves, the Protector, First of the Seldarine, Protector and Preserver of Life, and Ruler of All Elves.
Corellon Larethian is revered by elven-kind as the creator of the elven race. It is said that the the elven people were born from Corellon's blood that he shed while engaged in an immortal battle with Gruumsh One-Eye, First Power of the orcs.
The banishment of Lloth and her drow followers to the underdark is also attributed to Corellon. Elves are instructed to be ever vigilant in force of arms and might of magic against any return of the banished darkness.
While Corellon is a powerful warrior god, wielding weapons of unspeakable power, he is also an artist and craftsman, embracing a love of life, growth and abundance. His creations are frequently mentioned in elven myth, and are often associated with growth and emergence. Such things as magical woodland mazes which reveal deeper secrets to those who are guided to explore them, living sculptures of pure water, and knowledge- revealing "illusions" of air and haze have been attributed to him.
The church of Corellon sponsors an order of Knights called The Fellowship of the Forgotten Flower. Their task is to recover lost elven artifacts.
His allies include Chauntea, Lathander, Mystra, Tyr, Sune, Selūne, Mielikki, Garl Glittergold, Moradin and Yondalla. His foes include Gruumsh, Lloth, Cyric, Talos and Malar.
