MORADIN

It is said that Moradin himself, banished the deurgar to the underdark, smiting them with his mighty hammer. Moradin is known as a harsh, but fair judge of his people, caring more for a dwarf's endeavors than the goodness of their heart.

Some mytho tells that Moradin brought the dwarven race to life, by breathing fire over them. For this reason, forges always burn in his temples, and his priests will go to any length to prevent them from being extinguished. If, despite all efforts, the fire goes out, the temple must be abandoned, torn down stone by stone, and entirely rebuilt and re-dedicated, usually on a new site.

Moradin has the ability to walk through stone and it is said that the stonework and craftsmanship within his home is unsurpassed anywhere. In tribute to their god, followers do their best to create homes with a craftsmanship that pays homage to Mordain. A common proverb among his people is "pretty is as pretty does."

Moradins allies are Corellon Larethian, Garl Glittergold, Torm, Tyr and Yondalla. His foes are the goblinkin deities.
