SUNE

Sune is also known as Firehair, Lady Firehair, the Lady of Love and the Princess of Passion. The Goddess of Love is the only known human god to make her home in a plane thought of as an elven plane. Here she has a sacred pool, called Evergold that she shares with the elven goddess of love and beauty, Hanali Celanil. It is said the two goddess share a friendly rivalry over the the innate superiority of elven versus human beauty.

Followers of Sune are very careful to wear as much protection as possible so they might avoid scars or battle marks that could mar their beauty. for this reason, followers are often viewed as vain and superficial. On the other hand, Sunites believe in romance, true love winning over all, and following one's true destination. They feel beauty is more than skin deep, that it issues from the one's soul and shows itself to the world through the actions of the person.

Sune's faith is the most disorganized, with leadership coming from the most handsome and beautiful of her priests. Little is thought of a priest dropping everything to go bounding off on an adventure seeking some object of great beauty.

Sunes church sponsors a special order called the Ruby Rose. It consists of a limited number of paladins, fighters and bards.

Sunes allies are Selune and Lathander. Her foes are Talos, Malar and Tempus.
