TALOS

Talos is also known as the Destroyer, the Raging One, the Stormstar and the Storm Lord.

Talos makes his home among the howling winds and utter darkness of a huge, dark cavern in Pandemonium. His name is more often invoked to escape his attentions rather than draw them.

Those who do follow him and call upon the wrath of his storms are called stormlords. Such groups are small and seek do destroy the territory in which they call upon his powers. As a symbol of their following, his priests wear a black eyepatch.

After the Time of Troubles, the followers of Talos declared the addition of violent death to their deities portfolio, however, it remains to be seen how Cyric will respond to this challenge.

Talos the destroyer is the darkside of nature, the uncaring and destructive force that lies waiting to strike at any time. Talassans are taught that life is a combination of random effects and chaos, so the devout should grab what they can, when they can, as who can say when Talos will strike and bring them into the afterlife?

The church of Talos sponsors an order of Necromancers called the Circle of Rust and the Worm.

His ally is Malar. His foes include Chauntea, Lathander, Mystra, Sune, Gond, Helm, Mielikki, Oghma and Tyr.
