I don't really know my past that much. I just imagine what things were like in my past. All I know is I'm an Elf and I woke up in Waterdeep alone. When I woke up I hid because I heard people arguing. I can't remember what it was about but it scared me. I grew up alone for many years and trained myself to catch food so I could survive. Later, after I grew a little, I started to get a little brave and I walked out of hiding because the area I was in started to run out of food. I started to steal food and learned more and more on being a thief. Then once I got caught trying to steal some cheese and I was scalded by a Paladin. After I was noticed I started coming out in front of people. I still never talked to them but I let them know I was there. One day I walked in front of a noble and tripped and knocked some dust on his clothes. He looked at me with an awful glare and raised his arm to hit me. Someone ran over and grabbed his arm as it came down to strike. I looked up surprised I hadn't felt pain and saw him holding his arm. He told me to hurry on and get away before I get hurt. So I ran off. I haven't seen that nice man since. Hopefully I'll see him again sometime. Now I talk to people and I try to help people like that man did to me. I want to make him proud of me the next time I see him. Hopefully I'll recognize him or he'll recognize me.
